Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-02
AI Product Builder is a service from Orbittly. It requires an Orbittly account, which is covered by the Orbittly Terms of Service at orbittly.com/terms. By connecting it to an AI assistant or using this website, you agree to these terms.
The service
- AI Product Builder is provided as is, without warranties.
- Each account can make a set number of requests per day (UTC), depending on its plan: 25 on the free plan and 100 on Pro, plus 100 for each add-on bought with Pro. When the limit is reached, requests resume after midnight UTC. Free accounts also share a daily capacity; when it is used up, free access pauses until midnight UTC while Pro accounts continue.
- Paid plans are offered and billed only on orbittly.com, under the Orbittly Terms of Service.
- We may change, limit, or discontinue the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Your responsibility
- You remain responsible for reviewing code, permissions, security, legal obligations, deployments, and production changes made with your AI assistant.
- Guidance from the service supports your decisions. It does not replace your own review.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to extract the service's private policy material.
- Do not scrape it automatically, attempt denial-of-service activity, or use it to facilitate unlawful access.
Our service and your results
- Orbittly owns the service, including its software, rules, prompts, guidance, documentation, designs, names, and logos. Using it gives you a non-transferable right to use it; it does not transfer any ownership to you.
- The results you produce with it, such as your product requirements, plans, and code, are yours to use in your own work, including commercially.
- You may build on it: use it in your own work and connect or embed it in products and services you build, including ones you sell. When your product uses it, that usage counts against your account and its plan limits.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its guidance as a service or product of your own, or rebrand it as a product of your own; do not systematically collect its guidance, rules, or prompts or use them to build or train a competing product; and do not present the service or its content as your own.
